MECOM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MECOM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,101 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MECOM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MECOM_S726, MECOM_S740, and MECOM_S1064. Each is linked with MECOM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MECOM-to-partner and partner-to-MECOM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MECOM versus MECOM_S726 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MECOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MECOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
