Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MEAF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MEAF6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MEAF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MEAF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where MEAF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
