MEAF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,291 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEAF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERI3, ZMYM4, and NUDC. Each is linked with MEAF6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEAF6-to-partner and partner-to-MEAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEAF6 versus ERI3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
