MEAF6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEAF6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,835 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEAF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, SFRP2, and OLFML2B. Each is linked with MEAF6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEAF6-to-partner and partner-to-MEAF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEAF6 versus LOXL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEAF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEAF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
