Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEAF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,747 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEAF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DAMP biosynthetic process, Purine deoxyribonucleoside monophosphate biosynthetic process, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with MEAF6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEAF6-to-partner and partner-to-MEAF6 results are reported.
