Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,970 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB4, KCNAB2, and RASSF4. Each is linked with ME2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME2-to-partner and partner-to-ME2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ME2 versus LILRB4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
