ME2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEM1AP3, OR10G1P, and SAMM50. Each is linked with ME2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME2-to-partner and partner-to-ME2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEM1AP3 grouped by ME2-low versus ME2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
