Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ME2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2K. Each is linked with ME2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ME2-to-partner and partner-to-ME2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by ME2-low versus ME2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
