Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDS2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MDS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with MDS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDS2-to-partner and partner-to-MDS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
