The most reproducible MDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00957, MOK, and SQLE. Each is linked with MDP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDP1-to-partner and partner-to-MDP1 results are reported.
