Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, JNK2, and Tuberin. Each is linked with MDP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDP1-to-partner and partner-to-MDP1 results are reported.
