MDN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, WARS1, and CISD2. Each is linked with MDN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDN1-to-partner and partner-to-MDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by MDN1-low versus MDN1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
