MDN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, GAPDH, and PCNA. Each is linked with MDN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDN1-to-partner and partner-to-MDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by MDN1-low versus MDN1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
