MDN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDN1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,760 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCSK5, PKHD1, and KMT2A. Each is linked with MDN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDN1-to-partner and partner-to-MDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCSK5 grouped by MDN1-low versus MDN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
