MDM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,129 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEF1D, HEXIM1, and TTC19. Each is linked with MDM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM2-to-partner and partner-to-MDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDM2 versus EEF1D in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
