Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,309 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRB2, IFITM5, and RNU7-55P. Each is linked with MDM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM2-to-partner and partner-to-MDM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDM2 versus CRB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
