MDM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, MCUR1P2, and MIR1224. Each is linked with MDM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM2-to-partner and partner-to-MDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by MDM2-low versus MDM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
