MDM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-35P, POLR3GP2, and DRD5P2. Each is linked with MDM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM1-to-partner and partner-to-MDM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-35P grouped by MDM1-low versus MDM1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
