MDM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14A16, TARM1, and DEFA6. Each is linked with MDM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDM1-to-partner and partner-to-MDM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14A16 grouped by MDM1-low versus MDM1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
