MDK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,756 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN1, ADD3, and CDKN1B. Each is linked with MDK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDK-to-partner and partner-to-MDK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDK versus RCN1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
