Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,759 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MDK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL1, B4GALT2, and RHBDL3. Each is linked with MDK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDK-to-partner and partner-to-MDK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDK versus LOXL1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
