Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MDK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, RNA5SP286, and MIR378E. Each is linked with MDK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDK-to-partner and partner-to-MDK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by MDK-low versus MDK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
