Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDK mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 691 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDK-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, ILF2, and BDH1. Each is linked with MDK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDK-to-partner and partner-to-MDK results are reported.
