MDH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,255 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, WDR36, and BAZ1B. Each is linked with MDH2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH2-to-partner and partner-to-MDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDH2 versus PUS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
