MDH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, FAM236A, and OR4K3. Each is linked with MDH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH2-to-partner and partner-to-MDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by MDH2-low versus MDH2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
