Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,294 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, and 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA. Each is linked with MDH2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDH2-to-partner and partner-to-MDH2 results are reported.
