MDGA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,022 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCAM, TCEA1_S100, and YME1L1. Each is linked with MDGA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDGA2 versus MCAM in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
