MDGA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GRK3, and EIF3L. Each is linked with MDGA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDGA2 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
