Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,771 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuroblast differentiation, Protein localization to nucleus, and Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with MDGA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA2 results are reported.
