MDGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 226 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA6, GP9, and FAM170A. Each is linked with MDGA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA6 grouped by MDGA2-low versus MDGA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
