MDGA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,961 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FILIP1L, ZYX, and L3HYPDH. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDGA1 versus FILIP1L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
