MDGA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF525, PRR23A, and RANP2. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDGA1 versus ZNF525 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
