Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.
