Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,081 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spinal cord association neuron differentiation, Nuclear export, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.
