Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 691 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, OR4F15, and PRAMEF7. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.
