MDGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,927 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD7, SHC1, and DOCK7. Each is linked with MDGA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDGA1-to-partner and partner-to-MDGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHD7 grouped by MDGA1-low versus MDGA1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
