MDFIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDFIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,434 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDFIC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, ZYX, and TLN1. Each is linked with MDFIC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDFIC-to-partner and partner-to-MDFIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDFIC versus DPYD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDFIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDFIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
