MDFIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDFIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,603 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDFIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-61P, RNA5SP64, and RNA5SP158. Each is linked with MDFIC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDFIC-to-partner and partner-to-MDFIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-61P grouped by MDFIC-low versus MDFIC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDFIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDFIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
