MDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,498 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, SMC3, and MDC1_S793. Each is linked with MDC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDC1-to-partner and partner-to-MDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDC1 versus MSH2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
