MDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,422 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NASP, TTK, and TRIP13. Each is linked with MDC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDC1-to-partner and partner-to-MDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MDC1 versus NASP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
