MDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFA, CENPM, and TRMU. Each is linked with MDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDC1-to-partner and partner-to-MDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBFA grouped by MDC1-low versus MDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
