MDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 380 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-1, OR5H2, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with MDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MDC1-to-partner and partner-to-MDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-1 grouped by MDC1-low versus MDC1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
