MCUR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCUR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,161 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP153, WRNIP1, and PRRC2A. Each is linked with MCUR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCUR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCUR1 versus NUP153 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCUR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCUR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
