MCUR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCUR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,414 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM241A, CRIP1, and AQR. Each is linked with MCUR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCUR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCUR1 versus FAM241A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCUR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCUR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
