MCUR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCUR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCUR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL794P, MIR3612, and LINC02508. Each is linked with MCUR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCUR1-to-partner and partner-to-MCUR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL794P grouped by MCUR1-low versus MCUR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCUR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCUR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
