MCTS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,310 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, OCRL, and RNF113A. Each is linked with MCTS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTS1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCTS1 versus CUL4B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
