MCTS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,906 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCSD1, CSF3R, and CLEC1A. Each is linked with MCTS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTS1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCTS1 versus RCSD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
