Across TCGA cell cohorts, MCTS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,346 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translation reinitiation, Proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly, and Vacuolar proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly. Each is linked with MCTS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTS1-to-partner and partner-to-MCTS1 results are reported.
