MCTP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,231 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCTP2_S134, DHX30, and TBC1D8B. Each is linked with MCTP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MCTP2 versus MCTP2_S134 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
