MCTP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MCTP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MCTP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC26A6, STK32C, and GLOD4. Each is linked with MCTP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MCTP2-to-partner and partner-to-MCTP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC26A6 grouped by MCTP2-low versus MCTP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MCTP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MCTP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
